Lilian had a fairly active fitness lifestyle but needed help changing her routine to avoid plateauing and also to get ride of an extra 10lbs. She has exceeded her expectations and is still going strong.
Emma did a complete 360 around her lifestyle. She was not comfortable with her looks and daily energy levels, so dedicated herself to a healthier active lifestyle. She has since hit her goals but keeping fit and being active is inked to her daily routine now.
Christine joined the program with the mission to give her utmost best and live with the result because she wasn't happy with where she once was mentally/physically. Within the next four months on the program, she never made any excuses (nutrition or training wise) but only asked probing questions as to what else could be done to get better. she's poised to see where this new journey leads her.
Danielle joined the program completely new to health and fitness. Her objective was to lose 20-30lbs and have a well toned healthy body. She has completely turned her life around through the masters-fitness experience and is loving every bit of it.
Anna came in with the objective of losing 20lbs, getting ride of the love handles, reducing cellulite and having an overall toned body. she couldn't have picked a better program to guide her through.
Alexandria is a kid’s ballet instructor was has also kept a relatively low body her whole life. She felt she was a little skinny and wanted to gain weight the healthy way, especially on her lower body.
Rachel had been on a weight loss program before but found it difficult to lose the last few lbs she wanted, to hit her goal. She also needed a change in her routine so as to keep her motivated
Bree is a lover of life and a traveler. She has always been into health and fitness but wanted to try something new. She instantly fell in love with the support system that MASTERS-FITNESS offers and decided to push herself even more. Her skin has since become even firmer, her waist line thinner and her butt a lot bigger.

You would never know how thankful I am for the time you spent training me.
