Nutrition is the most important component whether you are trying to gain or lose weight. At Masters-fitness we understand that people from different parts of the world eat different and have different favorite meals. For this reason we do not carry generic nutritional plans. Every nutritional plan we offer is customized to each individual’s BMR and meals she loves to eat. We do not believe in diets, as they could be incredibly restrictive and so not sustainable over a long period of time.
